The University of Zagreb Student Centre's sports department reports the 5th Student Chess Tournament (14 March 2024, 32 boards, foyer of the Student Centre cinema, Savska 25) and the 6th (3 December 2024, restaurant 2 of the Stjepan Radić student residence, about 60 players, five minutes plus three seconds a move). The 5th edition's page says the tournament was open to residents of the student villages, graduate, doctoral and specialist students, Erasmus students and the graduates of 2023/24. No edition dated 2025 or 2026 was found: the pages of a 7th and an 8th edition show no tournament.
